Please track your package closely. Once it clears customs in your country, it may need to be picked up from your local post office.
If you do not receive a pickup notice, take your tracking number to your nearest post office for assistance. You can find your tracking number in your Etsy “Purchases and Reviews” or shipping confirmation email.
If tracking shows “Out for Delivery” but you haven’t received your package, it is likely being held for pickup.
Customs in many countries require packages to be collected in person. You may need to show identification and pay VAT or customs fees (typically 10–40% of the item value). These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Postal notices are not always delivered, so please check directly with your local post office or customs office to avoid delays.
Once your order leaves the USA, it is handled by your country’s postal system and customs. We are unable to control delivery after shipment. Unclaimed packages may be returned to sender.

Sizing details
Please note that due to shoe size differences; applique and crystal placement may vary slightly from the image displayed. Also, colors may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitor display settings. Most shoes are available in USA sizes 5-12.
If you receive your shoes and they are too large and slip in the heel, we encourage you first to try a back of the heel cushion or a ball of the foot pad to reduce the slipping; these can be found at most department stores.
Care instructions for Deyables
Dyeable satin shoes are delicate and are not colorfast. If dyeable satin shoes are exposed to moisture the dye will bleed. You can minimize this by not wearing your dyeable shoes where they may get wet, such as in damp grass and on rainy days. If you are in an area of very high humidity do your best to limit non-essential wear time while outside.
With the first few wears of your new shoes, you may experience some color rubbing on your foot. With dark colors in particular this is normal. Soap and water can be used to remove any color rubbing on your foot.
Rush Orders
Custom orders will take at least 8 weeks (but it is worth it!) Shoe completion dates are based on a first come first served date.
Please allow an additional 1 week for shipping within the USA.
Need shoes sooner than the estimated lead time? It is best to contact me for rush order options AND wait to order until you receive a reply. Rush Orders generally incur and additional $50 rush order fee.
Please do not purchase your shoes without waiting to hear a response. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of your order and a 25% material restocking feel.
Orders shipped to North Carolina Residents will be charged sales tax.
All others will not be charged sales tax.

Care instructions
Due to the nature of the crystals and because each crystal is applied by hand, it is possible that you will lose some crystals with each wear. The shoes should be treated as a worn work of art. I will include an extra bag of crystals in each pair of shoes just in case some do pop off. It is not difficult to reapply crystals with a touch of super glue.
Color Concerns
Due to computer monitor color setting displays, shoe colors may differ in person. If you are concerned about receiving a color match to your dress, you are more than welcome to send me a swatch to match.

How To Clean Your Converses
Don't put them in the washing machine. The lace is too delicate. Spot clean them with a mixture of warm water and baking soda or a gentle laundry detergent. Lightly rub the lace with a soft textured cloth and then use some clean water to rinse them.
Converse Sizing details
All sizes in the dropdown menu are USA Women's sizes.
Both the low top Monochrome and low top custom text shoe styles are similar to converses unisex core style. Most department stores or converse stores carry that style. So if you are concerned about size you could always try a pair of the Unisex core style at a store near to you.

Shipping and Insurance
If you would like insurance on your package please purchase insurance at check out or message me for upgraded shipping before your ship date. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier, I assume no responsibility for the contents or loss of packages. The standard "free" shipping I offer for my shop is uninsured. I do recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout to cover any losses. I can issue no refunds for lost, damaged or uninsured packages.
